Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership

The mission of the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership program is to prepare church leaders and working professionals with the expertise to fulfill successful leadership roles.

Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs)

Upon completion of the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, students will be able to:

1. Demonstrate proficiency of contemporary leadership terminology, theories, concepts, practices, and skills.ILO1; ILO3

Assessment Schedule

The Assessment Schedule is a five-year schedule that indicates when each PLO will be assessed and when the Academic Program Review (APR) will occur.

Assessment Results (PLO Outcomes Data)

The Assessment Results is a document which lists the benchmarks and cumulative summative assessment scores for each individual PLO based upon the Assessment Plan. Data reflect findings from the most recent Academic Program Review (APR), which occurs every five years.
