Unable To Pick Up Your Package?
If you are unable to pick up your package(s) between 9:30am – 5:00pm, we offer a “buddy system” for package pickup. Students may email or text permission and show proof of permission to either mailroom staff or Student Life staff. The alternate person may then sign for and pick up the student’s package.
Emergencies
The only exception to this policy is if a student needs access to medication. In this instance, either the Dean of Women, Tina Ebert, or the Dean of Men, Bill Levergood, is available for emergency pick up after 5:00pm.
Postal Services Offered
Students may send mail and packages through the Patriot Post Mail Room via USPS only. We do not provide preparation or packaging materials and will only accept cash or check payments.
