Student housing guidelines

Dorms: Single students 21 years of age or younger.

Studio Apartments: Students with 60 credit hours, a 2.5 GPA (or higher), and who have a good standing with the University.

1-Bedroom Apartments: Single students 22 years of age or older or married students who have a good standing with the university.

Off-Campus: Students 22 years of age or older, married, or living with an approved guardian within 30 miles of campus.

*Please note that all student housing decisions must be approved by administration.

For single students under 21 years of age who have completed 60+ credit hours.

For single students 21 years of age or older or married students who have a good standing with the University.

Who Needs a Meal Plan?

Living in a residence hall?

Students living in the residence halls are automatically enrolled in the campus meal plan. No additional purchase required.

 

Living in an apartment or commuting?

Students living in campus apartments or commuting to campus may choose to purchase one of the optional plans below.
