Associate of Arts in Christian Leadership

The mission of the Christian Leadership program is to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively lead in a variety of settings by applying biblical principles to contemporary challenges and opportunities.

Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs)

Upon completion of the Associate of Arts in Christian Leadership, students will be able to:

1. Articulate a knowledge of biblical texts and principles consistent with Baptist distinctives.ILO1

Assessment Schedule

The Assessment Schedule is a five-year schedule that indicates when each PLO will be assessed and when the Academic Program Review (APR) will occur.

Assessment Results (PLO Outcomes Data)

The Assessment Results is a document which lists the benchmarks and cumulative summative assessment scores for each individual PLO based upon the Assessment Plan. Data reflect findings from the most recent Academic Program Review (APR), which occurs every five years.
